Breakfast Tofu Scramble


1. 13 oz. of firm tofu.

2. 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric.

3. 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast.

4. 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk.

5. Salt and pepper to taste.

6. 2 chopped grape tomato.

7. 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives or green of choice.


1. Place a non-stick skillet pan over medium heat, properly break the firm tofu into smaller pieces then add to the pan. Add in the turmeric and nutritional yeast, stir properly to combine then let the tofu cook for about five minutes.

2. Next, add in the milk, salt, and pepper to taste, stir everything to combine then simmer for about ten minutes. Don’t forget to stir as you cook. The scramble should be creamy at this point. Add in the tomato then stir fry for another minute. Serve the tofu scramble with chopped chives and enjoy.
